FACILITIES
Sampling and Development
A team of experienced designers and programmers are responsible for sampling and development.
Sampling lead time is between 2-3 weeks.
Yarn Twisting and Rewinding
1 x 8 head twisting machine which can twist up to 5 colors
2 x 6 head rewinding machines
Knitting
Automatic computerised knitting machines from stoll, germany, that produce across guages 3.5 – 14. We have a team of skilled programmers trained with stoll,to ensure smooth conversion of design and concept to product.
Panel Checking
Linking and Assembly
The knit panels, once checked by our panel checkers are assembled by experienced linkers in this department. We have a combination of dial and high speed dial linking machines to cover coarse as well as fine guages. The assembled garment is checked thoroughly by the linking master and supervisor.
Thread Removing and Hooking
Trained, skilled persons remove the excess yarn, tuck in all the seamlines, do the initial finishing to the garment before it goes on to lamp checking and washing department.
Washing
Our washing department is equipped with washing machines, hydro extractor and dryers to process approximately 1000 pieces per day.
Embroidery

Tailoring
Buttonhole | Flatlock | Press button
The garment is checked after this stage by a team of quality controllers for tailoring, removing extra threads,
trimming of unwanted yarns before it goes for pressing.
Pressing
2 x msm5 press machines from Mentasti, Italy.
Final Checking
A team of checkers and supervisors check the garment for finish, measurements, appearance, handfeel before it goes for packing and dispatch.
